WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We do not transfer or store your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless the organisation is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield or the recipient provides an adequate level of protection of your personal data.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA FOR?
If you have not entered in to a contract or completed a financial transaction with Consulting&Events Ltd we will keep all of your person data for a period of 2.5 years after the last enquiry on your client account unless you ask us to remove it earlier. If you request for your data to be removed earlier we will anonymise your personal data as long as it does not conflict with our legal requirements.
If you have entered in to a contract or completed a financial transaction with Consulting&Events Ltd we will keep your personal data on file for 60 months after the date of your last booking or two years after the date of your last enquiry (whichever is later). Unfortunately we will not be able to remove your data earlier, however you will be able to request that we do not use the information to contact you and that we do not share this information with anyone apart from those whom we are legally required to.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
