She was born in Czech Republic, grew up in Slovakia & Germany & has family in Austria, Australia & France. She is someone who loves to see the world & is fascinated by the world of the hotel industry, restaurant management & event management.
She has over 16 years experience in 5 star hotels & in 3 Michelin restaurants. The Gourmet world took her life into places where it was incredible to just be a part of.

She made her way into the retreat business because of her desire to inspire people to achieve personal success on their inner healing journey, whatever their goals.
This was the motivation for starting ´´The Healthy Trinity´´ with two great friends Dayna Schöffel.

She wants to create something special and make people happy !

Thats why she loves also to do events for Team Buildings in Tuscany in the Chianti Area.
